MEC was founded at the Department of Alternative and Puppet Theatre at Academy of Performing Arts in Prague via the presentation of the puppet show Entomologious (2020). The main tools of the group’s theatrical work are visual dramaturgy and the nebulous presence of the narrative. MEC intervenes in the sphere of alternative theater and art installations. In 2023 the group was awarded by ...příští vlna/next wave... festival as talent of the year.

Permanent members of Musaši Entertainment Company are Adam Páník, Tereza Havlová and Františka Jesenská. Friends and comrades collaborate on various group projects.
